3. Orders and Payment
- Acceptance: All orders placed through the website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in the description or price, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Verification: Some orders may require a telephonic verification before processing. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Timeline: While we strive for the fastest possible delivery, timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location (Inside Dhaka vs. Outside Dhaka) and courier efficiency.
- Delivery Responsibility: Once a package is handed over to the third-party courier service, AdultStoreBD is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or courier internal issues.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange policy once a product has been delivered and the package opened.
- Exceptions: Returns are only accepted if the item is physically damaged upon arrival or if the incorrect item was sent.
- Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported to our customer support team within 24–48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photos or an unboxing video as proof.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
6. Product Usage and Liability
- Personal Use: All products sold on AdultStoreBD are intended for personal use only. Reselling or commercial use of our products without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
